Labor Day Golf Tournament: Sunday Sept. 5th - ONLY ONE WEEK AWAY
We have made exciting enhancements to the tournament.
Format: Pick your own Foursome – One Best Ball on Odd Holes / 2 Best Balls on Even Holes
1:00 p.m. modified Shotgun
Cost $10.00 per person for Golf / $12.50 per person for the BBQ

Junior Club Championship:
This past week, the Annual Junior Club Championship was held, and golfers from ages 8 to 15 played two rounds of competition with the awards dinner following. Congratulations to all of the Juniors who participated, and many thanks to all of the volunteer Member Marshals who donated their time over the summer. See the full results by clicking here.

Merrill is a PGA Class A Professional. Merrill was the son of PGA Professional, and started playing the game at an early age, playing Junior Golf at the Riviera Country Club. Merrill started his career in golf at The Olympic Club in San Francisco. While playing and traveling he has developed a passion for the history and design of golf courses. Merrill loves to teach the game of golf, and he devotes himself to coaching Men, Women, and Juniors.

Mary Jo has worked at Marin CC for 11 years and is a member of the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Division. She attended Pennsylvania State University majoring in Engineering. She has been married to Paul for 35 years and has two children, Matt and Michelle. Mary Jo has a passion for teaching at all levels and is one of Callaway golf's top golf fitters.

Matt is a Level 3 Apprentice and will shortly be moving up to PGA Class A Professional. was born and raised in Petaluma, where he began his career in the golf industry at Adobe Creek Golf Club. In 2001, he left Petaluma to attend Sacramento State University, where he later graduated with a marketing degree in 2005. For the last four years, Matt worked at WildHawk Golf Club as the assistant golf professional.

Matt is a Level 1 Apprentice currently in the process of obtaining his PGA card. He recently graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He also has experience at Warwick Hills Country Club in Grand Blanc, Michigan, where the PGA Tour holds tour's Buick Open. Most recently, Matt spent two summers at the Raven at Sandestin in Destin, Florida.
