Free Fitness Center Orientations

The MCC Fitness Center provides every MCC Member a Free First Time Fitness Center Orientation. We set you up on all of the equipment and provide you with an exercise routine that is personalized for your individual goals - equivalent to One-Hour Personal Training Session.

“Stretchmaster” Classes Mondays 9:00 a.m. - Multi-Purpose Room / Main Clubhouse

Yoga Classes Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. -  Main Clubhouse

Yoga Classes Fridays 7:00 a.m. & 9:00 a.m. - Multi-Purpose Room / Main Clubhouse

Women’s Power Golf  / Turning Core, Key Swing Muscles Mondays 10:35 a.m.-11:35 a.m.

 

We also have Monthly Class Passes available to our Members.

MCC hosts some of the finest instructors that you will find in the industry. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, providing unbelievable results by enhancing your flexibility, strength, and body movement.

 


 

 Massage
 The MCC Fitness Center has a splendid Massage Room and excellent Certified Massage Therapist staff providing all styles of massage. Our Massage Room is located below our Fitness Center with private entrances from the Men’s and Ladies’ Locker Rooms. 


 

Personal Training
MCC trainers have over 55 years of combined personal-training experience and have provided a very successful track record in obtaining extremely positive and rewarding results for all of their PT clients. Trainers do a complete medical history screening, body composition analysis, and review intake. Most importantly, they guarantee to design the correct personalized workout routine to continually challenge you and keep you interested in
maintaining the optimal fitness condition you desire.
 



Boot Camps 
MCC has held very successful Men's and Women's Boot/Spin Camps for over 9 years. The trainers focus on individual needs and personalize training systems that benefit individuals and groups. We strongly promote core development, meeting your target heart rate, and total body strength and conditioning. We have been fortunate enough to find the right chemistry in keeping the camps fun, enjoyable, challenging, and most importantly…rewarding.
 
 (*NEW* - All Camps Now Run Month to Month and are 1.5 Hour sessions)
Men’s Boot Camp Tuesday-Thursday 6:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m. 
Women’s Boot Camp Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
NEW CAMPS START MONTHLY FOR MEN AND WOMEN
All are invited to join us. You can commit to 1, 2, or 3 days per week. You can also make up missed days within the month. For example, if you commit to 1 day per week, but you miss the first two weeks, you can take 4 of the remaining 6 days of camp.
