The Fitness Center

Whether you are looking to maintain your current fitness level or enhance your conditioning for performance, our center has something for everyone. Members have access to a variety of cardio fitness machines including life-fitness treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent and stationary bikes. Additionally, the Fitness Center has all you need for strength training, circuit training or a quick HIIT workout with TRX cables, plyometric boxes, iron-grip free weights and barbells. Pre or post-workout, you will find all the equipment necessary to help you stay fit and flexible.

Hours: 6:00 am – 9:00 pm, Seven Days a Week

Rules:

  • Members between 14-17 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
  • Members 18 years old may use the gym unsupervised.
  • Sign in required by all guests.
  • Right of Use is available for ages 14-17 per parent request and Club approval.

“College education started my true understanding of the human body and human movement. I have an extensive background in the fitness industry going back to 2005 and continue learning new and developing modalities of fitness, sports, and health & wellness. Why Personal Training? I am a personal trainer because I love to inspire people and show their true potential. I love fitness so I can enjoy sports and the outdoors – everything from Rock Climbing, Backpacking, Mountain Biking, Snow/Skate Boarding, Marathons, Tuff Mudders, etc.”

Small Group Yoga & Yogalates Classes

Classes: Yoga Classes are Wednesdays & Fridays at 9:00 am. Yogalates Class is Friday at 10:15 am. All levels welcome! Bring your own mat. Reservations are REQUIRED on the Website Event Calendar. Small Group classes = 6 members max, per class.

Location: Indoors, in the room adjacent to Kids Korner.

Cost: $10 per class

The Club has a special partnership with Five Points Fitness! MCC Members pay only $54/month, no membership, initiation, or processing fees! This includes group exercise classes such as: spinning, mat pilates and yoga. Never been to FPF? New MCC Members are eligible for a one week pass, which includes a complimentary personal training session!
