Golf

Marin Country Club has long been considered the premier golf location in Marin County. You can enjoy golfing our beautiful and challenging par-72 course, perfect your skills with the help of our PGA professionals or on your own in our state-of-the-art practice facility and live the life you've always wanted.

Our golf course was designed by renowned golf course architect Lawrence M. Hughes in 1957. With a full renovation in 2007 by John Harbottle III and in 2017 architect Doug Nickels introduced a fresh new vision that repositioned bunkers, added new forward tees, and redesigned the practice facilities, our golf course features exceptional year-round playing conditions and offers incredible views of beautiful Ignacio Valley.

We are proud to have hosted multiple Championship events, including the U.S. Open Championship Qualification Tournament, the 2004 and 2012 U.S. Amateur Qualifying Tournament, the 2008 U.S. Open Senior Amateur Championship Qualifying Tournament and the 2019, 2021 & 2023 U.S. Women's Open Qualifier.
