Whether members are looking to maintain current fitness level or enhance conditioning for performance, our fitness center has something for everyone. Members have access to a variety of cardio fitness machines including life-fitness treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent and stationary bikes. Additionally, the Fitness Center has all member’s need for strength training, circuit training or a quick HIIT workout with TRX cables, plyometric boxes, iron-grip free weights and barbells.
Members looking to improve strength, balance, and flexibility can take part in our weekly yoga classes taught by a certified instructor.
Members can achieve their fitness goals with Club's very own certified personal trainer. We offer private and buddy sessions to help you keep motivate and healthy.
